Baseball / Softball Skill and Fitness Class

Class Description:

PBD is now offering a unique Baseball Fitness Training Program that combines baseball skills as well as physical and mental fitness.  This program is designed to help every athlete maximize their playing potential by utilizing all the skills necessary to become a complete well rounded athlete.  This is a great program to get ready for the spring season!

15 mins.  Warm-up

run/ stretch

throwing/ catch

15 mins. Fielding and Fundamentals

correct ( ground ball and fielding) positions
ground balls
shuffle throw/ crow hop

45 mins. Hitting

batting stance and hands
break down swing
batting practise

15 mins. Conditioning

core work
- sit ups
- super mans
- bicycles

- sprints
