PBD is now offering a unique Baseball Fitness Training Program that combines baseball skills as well as physical and mental fitness. This program is designed to help every athlete maximize their playing potential by utilizing all the skills necessary to become a complete well rounded athlete. This is a great program to get ready for the spring season!
