  • FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING: During this segment of training, the campers rotate through a series of training stations that cover skills that are required by all players regardless of the defensive positions in which they play. Some examples of fundamental training groups are: base running, sliding, bunting, cut offs & relays, run down plays and many more.
  • POSITION INSTRUCTION: During this segment of training, the campers will be given the opportunity to train at the following positions: Pitching, Infield and Outfield. Campers will also participate in a hitting class during this segment.
  • TEAM GAMES: We play team games with some modifications to increase the learning aspect of the game of baseball. The coaches are instructed to stop the games when mistakes are made so that our team games become a major learning experience.
