Not unless we need to

-How many coaches run practices/games?

2 minimum maybe 3 if avaiable

-Do the kids work with the same coaches every week for practice and games or do they change?

Yes same occasionally maybe someone new in case of unforeseen instances i.e... Illness/emergency

-Is there coaching involvement from any of the dads on the team?

No

-Cost and what it includes?  Is all due up front or is it installments?

1500-3000 Depending on age group.  Includes uniforms, coaching and  facilities

-Coaching philosophy and how playing time/positions are determined? 

Where players best help the team.  Hustle, attendence, attitude, ability and consistentcy detemine playing time

-How many players per team?  Will the rosters be set or will kids float?

12-16 on roster depending on age, not much if any floating

-Pitching - are all boys coached in pitching?

Not all, just the ones that will be selected in rotation

-What sets your program apart from other area programs? 

Honesty, and a proven track record of developing kids and getting them to the highest levels that their talent will take them.
